Prices

Rooms: bathroom with shower, linen, courtesy set,  TV, air conditioning, heating, internet and free wifi
Parking reserved for each room , inside  the court

On booking you will be required a deposit of 30% on the total  stay, the final balance, should be paid before departure

Check-in: from 3 to 7.30 p.m.
Check-out: Room should be free by 11 a.m.
Late check-out: if you wish to use the room until 7 p.m. in the day of departure, you will be charged € 20,00 per person

Please note that this is only possible if the room is available, please check with the reception
In addition a  single  guest city charge of €1,50 per night , should be charged 

Credits cards are accepted: Visa- Mastercard
Pets are welcome, cost € 7 per dog

Cleaning: During the stay , rooms are re-arranged until 11 a.m. if the rooms are occupied by the guests, cleaning will be done the following day.

Cancellation: if you wish  to cancel your reservation, please notify us  by email within 3 days before your arrival. Within this time your deposit will be fully refunded. In case of late notice regarding the cancellation of the booking, the paid deposit will be totally used as penalty.

In case of early departure, the whole amount of the booked stay, will be charged.
